2. Right to Unsubscribe
The customer has the right to unsubscribe from the VIP Program at any time. To do this, simply call our customer service at +1 800 449 2243. We undertake to cancel the subscription within 24 hours of the customer’s request.
3. Registration for the VIP Program
A customer registers for the VIP Program during their purchase by checking the box authorizing their registration for this program. This box is clearly indicated during the purchasing process.
4. Free Trial Period
The VIP subscription is purchased with a free trial period, the duration of which may vary. The free trial period allows you to enjoy VIP benefits at no cost for the duration specified at the time of registration. Once the free trial period ends, the VIP subscription will be charged at the standard rate unless the customer unsubscribes during the trial period.
5. Variation in Price and Collection Period

8. Reimbursement in the Event of Misuse of the Credit Card

9. End of period after cancellation

Due to the variety of payment partners we use, the subscription charge may appear under different descriptors on the bank statement. The customer can contact us to confirm that this is indeed a direct debit linked to our site.
11. Failed Collection Attempts
Any failed collection attempt will be re-attempted in the following days. We will do our best to resolve payment issues promptly.
12. Subscription Expiry Duration
There is no fixed expiration time for this subscription. Suspension of a subscription may occur in the following cases: explicit request from the customer, expired credit card.
13. Request for Additional Documents
We reserve the right to request more documents, such as proof of address or proof of identity, in the event of a disputed procedure initiated by the customer.
